Cast Heaters (Aluminium, Brass & Bronze)

Coil heating elements cast directly into aluminium, brass, or bronze bodies for uniform, high-efficiency clamp-on heating of barrels, dies, and platens.

Cast & Nozzle Heaters

Cast heaters are manufactured by embedding a resistance heating coil inside a metal casting — aluminium, brass, or bronze — which is then machined to match the exact profile of the surface being heated. Because the coil is fully encased in cast metal rather than clamped against it, heat transfer is more direct and even than with strip or band-type heaters, and the element itself is protected from mechanical damage and moisture.

Cast heaters can be produced in cylindrical (split or full-round), flat, and custom-contoured shapes to match barrels, platens, dies, tie bars, hot runner systems, and other irregular surfaces where consistent, high-density heat transfer is required.
