Nozzle heaters are compact heating elements designed specifically for the nozzle section of injection molding machines and hot runner systems, where space is limited but temperature control has to be tight. They are available as cast (aluminium/brass) collars, wraparound mica/ceramic bands, or coil-wound designs, often with an integrated thermocouple pocket for closed-loop temperature control.
