Mica band heaters clamp around and transfer heat to flat and cylinder-shaped surfaces, and are extensively used in injection, extrusion, blow molding, and pipe heating applications.
Mica Strip Heaters are composed of nickel chromium resistance ribbon uniformly wound on mica strip and encased in a stainless steel sheath.
